about

Transit Elektro: AIRPORT. A Soundtrack between Jazz and Club raises in the center of a city called Berlin. Swirling soundcarpets are wandering through filigree or impulsive beats, spiced with the finest, jazzy trumpetplay that always keeps a melancholic note to it´s own character. The totality of elements of the musically work is being accompanied by DJs. New sounds are mixed through delays, analog filters and other effectunits and melt together at a point of interacitve intersection between digital and analog accordances to becoma a remarkable play of musically colours. Break Beats, Blue notes and alienated vocal shreds are completing the unique acoustic melange titled ‚TRANSIT ELEKTRO’. The two Berlin based creative minds make equal uses of the metropolitan clubsound-culture, just as the established improvisationculture deriving the history of classical Jazz. Transit Elektro have one foot on the dancefloor – the other in the stratosphere.
